“Life is 100% a point-based system. Never underestimate the power of consistent effort.”

Japanese Mindset 2 meaning of 積み上げ tumiage

Tumiage- 1 To place something on top of another, to stack things high. 2 To sequentially build upon a task or endeavor, aiming to reach a high standard.

The concept involves gradually accumulating smell efforts and experiences, ultimately leading to significant achievements or growth.

Introduction

what’s up !? This is Seita.

In the previous article, I discussed how , whether in exams, love, or business, the final decisive factor in obtaining what we desire is often “ luck”

But remember, luck is only the last piece of the puzzle. Luck never favours those who do nothing.

“Achieving Goals is a process of Building up ”

Life is not a sprint, It’s a marathon. Life’s 42.195km cannot be counqured all at once. Life is all about building up, with luck as the final push.

Results don’t just appear by inserting a coin and pulling a lever. Life’s no gacha machine

目次

In Japan, gacha-gacha (or gachapon) are vending machines dispelling small, collectible toys in capsules. You insert coins, turn the lever, and a random toy is released, adding an element of surprise.

Real Story: overcoming back pain by building up

On a personal note, I suffer from a herniated disc during college. If you’ve experienced it , you know- herniated discs are brutal. Walking, running, sitting everything was painful.

Even regular visits to clinics and hospitals provided only temporary relief.

Then, I happened to pick up a book on strength training at a bookstore and started flipping through the pages.

I came across the line “ Strength training for back pain.”It was a shocking revelation I thought “If this can cure my back pain, I’ll do anything ! ” and decided to start strength trianing.

I kept going to the gym every morning, five times a week, fro an hour. Anyway I kept adding “1 ‘‘working out every day.

and Before I knew it

I ended up looking like this, haha

My back pain, which had plagued me for three to four years, had completely vanished — and I even gained a six-pack. This is the power of TUMIAGE

We can’t reach our goals all at once

Hving dreams and goals for the future is important, but even more essential is focusing on

“ What you can do now”

That’s it!

Find what you can do in your current situation and steadily accumulate that every day. Whether it’s work, studying, or relationships, It’s all the same.

Cal donw and think!!

”What else can you do other than what you are capable of doing right now”

There’s a limit to what any one person can do. You, me — we can’t do a million things.

Building Up Daily, One Step at a Time

Add “1” each day, without aiming for perfection. Just keep moving forward, step by step. Life is, by nature, a long game. Instant, dramatic turnarounds don’t happen overnight.

The world doesn’t work in a way that lets you just grab everything you want in an instant! You can’t rush your way to where you want to be! Take it slow!

how will you build up step by step

Just keep doing what you can each day, steadily and consistently Each small daily ‘1’ will eventually lead to big results.

If you improve by 1% every day for 365 days, that’s 1.01 to the power of 365, which equals about 37.78- a 37-fold improvement over a year. On the other hand, If you slack off bit by bit, you’ll move in the opposite direction.

small consistent efforts over time create big changes through the power of compund growth. Since I’m generous, I even added a graph here for those who aren’t great with math .

An hour working out every morning, learning by heart 30min every day, It’s OK no matter how small. But, rather than be small, you’ll pile up surely.

let’s pile up to your future.

One hour at the gym each morning, 30 minutes of english vocabulary every day, It’s okay if it’s small, in fact, make it small but make it consistent. For your future, start adding that small ’1 from today.

Consistent, right effort will pay off in time, and there will come a day when you can proudly look at the person. You’ve built up step by step. And when you reach taht goal, you’ll say to yourself, I am………

The best ❤️!!!!!!!!!!!’

Alright, see you next time.

Japanese Mindset 2

“運”- un- 1. fortune 2. luck

What’s up!? Today I’m going to introduce the Japanese mindset of 運-un- which means fortune or luck

medium.com
