おつかれ、セータだ。今回紹介するの日本のマインドセットは「忍耐」だ
今回も３分しかない、前置きしなしで早速本題に入る！
忍耐とは
【忍耐】《名・ス他》
つらさ・苦しさ・怒りを、じっと我慢すること。たえしのぶこと。— Google翻訳
つまり、苦難や試練に対して長期間にわたり「耐え続ける力」のことを指す。
この力には、結果を待つ忍耐力や、目的達成のために長期的な努力を続ける力も含まれる。
成功するためには、まさにこの「耐え続ける力」が必要不可欠だ。
どれだけ努力しても報われない時期
勉強、スポーツ、ビジネス、恋愛。
どんな分野にも、目標達成しようとすると必ず「停滞期」がある
この期間は絶対に避けられない
- どれだけ努力しても結果が出ない
- 何をやってもうまくいかない
- 成長が止まり、前に進んでいる気がしない
この「うだつの上がらない期間」はめちゃくちゃ辛い
そして、あまりの辛さがゆえに、世の中の99%の人がこの期間に脱落してしまう。
忍耐無くして成功なし
忍耐があるかどうかで、成功するかどうかが決まる。
結果が出なくても、諦めずに目標に向かって努力を続けられるかどうか。
これこそが「忍耐」という心だ。
忍耐力＝走り続ける力。ただ耐えることではなく、やり抜く力みたいなもん
途中で投げ出すやつには何もつかめないのが相場
自分の本心に問ぉてみろ
「コレだけは成し遂げたい」「どんな困難があっても諦めない」
そんな覚悟を持てる目標を見つけたら、
何が何でもやり抜け。絶対にやり抜け。死んでもやり抜け。
やり抜く以外何も考えるな。
先の事はやり抜いてから考えればいい。
結果が出ないなんてザラ
世の中は無常。
やり続けたとしても、結果が確実に保証されるわけではない。
- もしかしたら、努力が報われないかもしれない
- 目指した結果が得られないかもしれない
それでもいい。
なぜなら、たとえ結果が出なくても、その道を進み、「やり抜いた」経験は自分の資産になるからだ。
「何がどうであれ、俺はコレをやり切った」と思える経験は自信に繋がる
その経験は、また別の分野で活きる。
遠回りしてもいい。時には逃げてもいい。
それでも、また必ず戻ってやり切るまで努力を続けよう。

俺の好きな漫画「ナルト」の中で、
主人公の師匠 自来也先生 がかつての仲間でありライバル 大蛇丸（力を求め、禁術の開発に勤しみ里を抜け、闇堕ちしたキャラクター） にこう語った。
「忍者とは、忍び堪える者こと」
「忍びの才能で一番大切なのは、持ってる術の数なんかじゃねェ… 大切なのは、あきらめねェど根性だ」
本当に大事な事は小難しいビジネス書なんても読まずとも漫画が教えてくれている
ビジネス書なんて捨てていい。漫画読め！
あなたは試されている
どれだけ才能があっても、どれだけ金があっても、
やり抜く力＝忍耐がなければ、何も得ることはできない。
もし今、うまくいかない時期にいるなら、それは神がお前を試しているという事

If you want to succeed, this ability to endure and push through is absolutely essential.

The period when no matter how hard you try, nothing seems to pay off.
In studies, sports, business, and even relationships—every goal has a stagnant phase.
This plateau is inevitable.
- No matter how much effort you put in, there are times when you see no results.
- No matter what you do, nothing seems to work.
- You stop growing, and it feels like you’re stuck.
This frustrating phase is one of the hardest challenges.
And because it’s so tough, 99% of people give up during this phase.
No Success Without Patience
Patience determines who succeeds and who fails.
Can you keep grinding even when you don’t see results?
That is what patience is all about.
Patience = The ability to keep running. It’s not just about enduring—it’s about following through until the end.
If you give up halfway, you’ll never hold anything in your hands.
Think about it andask yourself:
Find a goal that makes you say,
‘I must accomplish this,’ ‘No matter what obstacles come my way, I will never give up.'”

Results Don’t Always Come—And That’s Fine
The world is unpredictable.
Even if you keep pushing forward, there’s no guarantee that success will follow.
- Maybe your efforts won’t be rewarded.
- Maybe you won’t get the outcome you aimed for.
And that’s okay.
Because no matter what, the experience of following through becomes your greatest asset.
The ability to say, “I gave it my all” is a confidence booster that money can’t buy.
And that experience? It will help you in another field, another time.
It’s okay to take detours. It’s okay to run away for a bit.
But always come back and finish what you started.

In my favorite manga, Naruto, the protagonist’s mentor, Jiraiya-sensei, once said this to his former comrade and rival, Orochimaru—a character who sought power, mastered forbidden jutsu, abandoned his village, and fell into darkness:

You don’t need complicated business books to learn what really matters—manga teaches you everything you need to know.
Throw away and forget business books. Read manga!
You Are Being Tested
No matter how talented you are, no matter how rich you are—
